Everbasics India – Returns & Refunds Policy
At Everbasics, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.
🛍️ Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Final sale items, customized products, and personal care items (e.g., innerwear, socks, masks) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days after the item passes our quality check.
🚚 Reverse Pickup & Shipping
We offer free reverse pickup in most serviceable areas.
If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may choose to self-ship the product.
For self-shipped returns, you can receive up to ₹100 as shipping reimbursement, provided a valid courier receipt is shared.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@everbasics.in with your order number and clear photos.
We’ll process a full refund once verified.

Enter your order number and contact details.
Select the item(s) to return and choose your refund method.
Follow the instructions provided for pickup or self-shipping.
📝 Important Notes
Returns that do not meet our policy conditions will be sent back to the customer without refund.
Everbasics reserves the right to approve or reject returns at its sole discretion.
